- Work within Deezer’s editorial guidelines to create and execute the editorial strategy for Brazil.
- Development of original content series.
- Curate for a relevant number of playlists focus on Brazilian Funk, Rap, EDM & Dance, Rock and Kids, as well as work with curator partners to provide a wide variety of high quality content aimed at the local audience.
- Manage all recordings at Deezer Studio for their genre’s artists, including audio spots, interviews, and any other kind of content, ensuring reciprocal artist promotion.
- Negotiate partnerships with content providers, artist managers, media groups, radio stations and independent producers.
- Program content across the Deezer product ensuring it is perfectly localised to your audience
- Hold responsibility for tracking KPIs and managing project plan and budget.
- Assess and track the whole playlist pool optimisations and benchmarking to ensure coverage and great content offer to users.
- Coordinate editorial processes in content programming and liaise with promotion within Deezer.
